Hello and Welcome:

Thank you for taking the time to visit my website. I am a New Jersey licensed psychologist offering services to adults, adolescents, and children (from age 12).  My practice is focused on, but not limited to, those struggling with depression and anxiety, substance abuse and other addictions, eating disorders, sports psychology/peak performance, anger management, and sexuality concerns. 

My services include individual, couples, and group therapy. In addition, I am pleased to offer clients an opportunity to pair psychotherapy with personal fitness training through the Center for Psychological Health & Fitness.   

In general, psychotherapy helps many people, though it is important to recognize that the course of therapy is different for everyone.  It is common for those participating in psychotherapy to experience a range of feelings as they progress toward their treatment goals.  This is often part of the process of making changes, overcoming personal obstacles, and improving the quality of one's life.
