College BounceBack Workshop!

If you just finished a college semester that you'd rather forget, need to reset confidence, and design action plan for success next semester, this is the workshop for you!

Why do so many college students struggle?

Bottom line: College admission DOES NOT guarantee readiness to adjust, perform, and succeed.

Here's the thing. More than ever collge students are tested on ungraded skills necessary to level up mental health, troubleshoot stressful college challenges, AND perform at their best.

Success next semester this isn't about just studying more or being "Mentally Tough." That's too simplistic. It's about developing critical skills to be more confident as a regulator of emotions under stress, an effective problem solver, and learning how to effectively respond to adversity.

Here's the good news! You haven't yet scratched the surface of your potential. Join us January 3rd at Round Table Studios in Berkeley Heights, NJ for the most comprehensive workshop designed to help college students uncover personal strengths, take action steps toward optimizing mental health, and learn how to respond to adversity with confidence. And, we have a track for parents to learn how to best help their student!  Arrive back to campus this spring ready to discover your potential!
