Executive Functioning Foundations is a self-paced coaching program that teaches students how to manage focus, follow-through, stress, and independence—skills that matter in middle school, high school, college, and beyond.
The video lessons use college-level independence as a reference point, not because this program is only for college students, but because college clearly reveals the executive functioning skills students are expected to have but are rarely taught. For younger students, these examples serve as a preview of what’s coming—and a chance to build the skills early, before the stakes are higher.
Through short, structured lessons and practical tools, students learn how to:
-
Plan and organize their time more effectively
-
Follow through on tasks without constant reminders
-
Regulate stress and emotions under pressure
-
Adjust when things don’t go as planned
-
Build confidence through consistent action
EFPL Community Access (Self-Guided Program)
Your enrollment includes access to the EFPL Community Hub — a supportive space for students and parents to share progress, ask general questions, and stay accountable while building executive functioning skills. Connect with others, celebrate wins, and stay motivated as you apply the course tools. Community access is included for 6 months.
Parents will appreciate that this program is student-centered and independence-focused. The goal is not more oversight or micromanagement, but helping students develop a system they can own and use across school, activities, and life transitions.
Whether your student is preparing for the increasing demands of middle school, navigating high school expectations, or stepping into college-level independence, Executive Functioning Foundations provides a clear, practical framework they can grow with over time.
