Dr. Joel Ingersoll is a nationally recognized performance psychology coach for executives, athletes, parents, and students. Over the past 20+ years, he has coached thousands of individuals across more than 200 organizations and universities, helping them strengthen resilience, optimize performance, and lead with clarity under pressure.

He is the author of Fix-It Fatigue and and holds advanced degrees including a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, an M.A. in Applied Social Psychology, and a Master Coach Certification (CMC). His work appears in national media, academic journals, and corporate training programs.
